2008.01.30Well, as some of you may have noticed already, PanjaLand, and it's all-micro lineup are back after an extended break. We are actively seeking rcons for the server, so shoot me an email at ctrlfreq@panjaland.com with references if you're interested in a position.
2006.09.02Just to shake things up a little, I've arbitrarially decided to replace the entire lineup of microfaction maps with a set of Nikki's maps (a series by Espear). The maps have been posted on the maps page, and are downloadable either individually or as a set. At 6mb for 5 maps, I'm hoping to get a good mix for the size. As always, comments are welcome.
2006.06.03Everything is back online and functional. Granted, a bit late, but online and working. I apologize to those who attempted to use the favorites list while the GT was down, but it's back online for the next time around, or if you just want to use our list of favorites. Also, the forums are now back online as well. There were a few small glitches in moving the site to a new webserver, but these are now all resolved.
2006.06.02Just a quick note today since it's been quite a while since I've updated this site. The site has been moved to one of my newer production servers, and while this fixed issues with the PanjaTracker application, it's killed the Forum section until I get time to fix it (phpBB doesn't work with php5). Thanks to all the RCONs who make PanjaLand a great place to play, I don't say it enough, mainly because I'm never around anymore... oh well :)
2005.12.27I received an email today with truly tragic news. Chris Stoppelbein, aka MerlinUSA passed away on December 12th. Merlin, who filled the position of PanjaLand's first public rcon as noone else could, was a great friend to many of us and all around great guy. Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones. Chris, you will be missed, and we were amazingly lucky to have you while we did.

2005.11.29Well, two days after rolling out PanjaTracker, we have 70 downloads of PanjaTracker.zip, 348 downloads of the favlist.adr, and a database of 90 servers (an average of 30 of which are online at any given time). Please keep adding the servers you know of and/or run, and keep the list growing. Thanks to NoClanFrank at Levels4You for helping spread the word, and to everyone adding to our growing base of servers and users during the gametracker blackout.
2005.11.27Now you can always have the latest PanjaLand favorites list, just by starting Red Faction! With PanjaTracker, you simply start Red Faction via PanjaTracker.exe, and the server list from www.panjaland.com is automatically loaded into your client. PanjaTracker is also compatible with LazyBan and other bootloaders, just choose the executable you wish to start with during the first run.
2005.11.26A second update in one day! You can now download the server list on the front page as a favorites list file for use in-game! Just click on the flashing text, and follow the simple instructions to import the entire PanjaLand server list into Red Faction!
2005.11.26THQ's tracker is down again. Imagine my suprise. Either way, keep updating your server info on the front page, and I'll make sure the stats are up to date. Also, if anyone is interested, I would like to fix this problem (ie. replace THQ's gametracker all-together). Contact me at ctrlfreq@panjaland.com if you either 1) have access to the game tracker software, or 2) want to contribute in some way to this cause (ie. programming, RFC info, etc).
2005.02.28So thanks to THQ's less-than-reliable gametracker server, I've started a fast server status list on the front page, and will be adding a user-submission ability soon (never know how long THQ can keep a server up for). Also, after the extreme downtime, I've rolled panjaland back to an all-micro maplist to drive up play (it has been falling off since going custom, making for fewer large-scale battles). Happy gaming all, as always comments, gripes, and recommendations are welcome in the forums.
2005.02.19Well, I've been out of sight for a while due to being extremely busy... I've made another maplist change today, going towards the more traditional maps (since people still get knocked off for not having the maps two months after the fact). The lineup is now most of the original plus all the WRECKS MicroFaction levels (redux included). Happy gaming all, hope to be online more soon.
2005.01.17Making a couple changes to the map rotation today. Going to bring back a couple of the better MF levels, and get rid of a couple of the slower play levels.
2005.01.01HAPPY NEW YEAR! With the new year comes the new map rotation (make sure you have them downloaded so you can stay in the game). The Jan 2005 rotation includes: DM-MoRF-Grid, DM-Installation XJ15 2, DM-SWA ControlTower, DM-Heaven and Hell, DM-Microfaction [Redux], DM-{FM}Bridge War and DM-DAC Devilz Trademark. Hopefully the change will make the game a little fresher. As always, discussion for the next rotation is taking place in the Forum, so make your recommendations.
2004.12.23Forum section is now live. Register, chat, and make any requests / recommendations for either the site or the PanjaLand server there.
2004.12.22Removed Orbital IIIf from new rotation, replaced it with 2 FM maps. Please send any new map rotation requests to ctrlfreq@panjaland.com.
2004.12.21New map rotation for January is now online! Install new maps now, and be ready for the new year.
2004.12.20www.panjaland.com is now up!
